In Naples, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Florida vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 7:30 am–7 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Valvoline Instant Oil Change at (239) 566-1002; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Naples is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Traffic in Naples peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. I always have a great experience at this location. The staff are polite, professional, and very efficient. They will recommend services beyond what you may have gone for but are never pushy and give great advice. 10/10.

Marc was very attentive and knowledgeable. He answered any and all questions efficiently and with ease. Bob was also wonderful. These two kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle during the oil change process. They didn’t just say “oh your air filter is dirty” they actually showed me the air filter. It was in fact extremely dirty so I opted to replace it. To the Valvoline on Pine Ridge in the parking lot of Home Depot, do whatever you can to keep these awesome employees. It’s hard to find good workers in this day and age and even harder to get people to work in a place that doesn’t have air conditioning in south Florida. Keep up the good work Marc and Bob. 🙂

Excellent and trustworthy service. My vehicle had a gasket leak at the drain plug, and the service manager explained the issue and recommended the correct solution, even though they do not perform that service. Thus, the manager and staff expressed concern about the customer regardless of financial incentive. Quite impressive. I now consider myself a regular customer.

I had a great experience at Valvoline on 5/23/26. Even though the crew was short staffed, the team remained professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire visit. The manager did an excellent job leading the team with calmness and ease, and it was clear that everyone worked well together under pressure. I was genuinely impressed by the leadership, teamwork, and customer service demonstrated by the entire crew. Thank you all for making the experience smooth and stress-free despite a busy day!!

I had an excellent experience at Valvoline on Pine Ridge. From the moment I pulled in, the team was professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly. They walked me through the entire oil change process, explained what they were checking, and never tried to upsell anything unnecessary. What really stood out was how fast everything was handled without feeling rushed. The technicians worked like a well-oiled machine, and I was in and out in no time. They even took the extra step to check my fluids, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition, which gave me added peace of mind. It’s not often you find a place that combines speed, transparency, and great customer service so well. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.
